Homelessness, is no
respect
of person.
It could very well have your name attached to it tomorrow !
Just think, no longer a recognized problem overseas , but
right here in Georgia and
Nationwide.
Take if from someone who knows what it is to be homeless. Take it from someone that encourages people of all walks of life, Just Stand, Don't Give UP!
So what is the COL doing currently in the area of helping the homeless or potential homeless people here in Georgia?
We have not only directed individuals to available shelters, but we have kept individuals at the COL awaiting vacancies with better accommodations.

Is this program geared for everyone?
If not, who can be recipients of the COL program?
There are two types of homeless indivduals; those that are forced there and those that choose to be there. While we can't help everyone, we must continue to help those we can.
While we won't ever combat this problem of homelessness in America or abroad, we can at least help our children. They should not have to fall prey to the street life and all it has to offer. At the COL, we plan to change all that; one individual at a time. This program is geared to those that show the potential of wanting to make a change in the life and are referred to us as a person(s) deserving of this support.
I know, because I was one of those individuals. Thank you Mr. Robert Vick, Jr. (deceased friend) who helped me
